Service Agreement Terms
Scope of Service: Exalt Air Heating & Cooling, LLC ("Company") will perform all services according to the plan selected above in a workmanlike manner. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be discussed with you BEFORE completion of said work and will become an extra charge over and above the prepaid agreement pricing.
Equipment Operation: You agree to operate the equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications, or as outlined by our company. Please notify us of any unusual operating conditions.
Repair Discount: Agreement customers receive a 10% discount on any additional service call repairs during the term of this agreement. Discount applies to materials AND labor. If the agreement is cancelled mid-term, previous discounts will be deducted from any refund.
Exclusions: This agreement does not cover flue pipes, chimneys, water supply and drain piping, refrigerant piping, or electrical service beyond the equipment specified above. Ductwork modifications and code-required upgrades are not included.
Agreement Term: This agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of signing. The agreement will not auto-renew. We will contact you before expiration to discuss renewal.
Cancellation: Either party may cancel this agreement with 30 days written notice. If cancelled by the customer, a refund will be issued for any unused services, minus any discounts previously applied.
Equipment Condition: All equipment must be in proper working order at the time of service to qualify for the above arrangements. If issues are found during the initial visit, they will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Electronic Signature: By signing this agreement electronically, you consent to conducting this transaction by electronic means under the Illinois Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (815 ILCS 333) and the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001). Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
